let us know your booking details by using our booking form above. Fill out as
complete as possible. You will shortly receive a reply or confirmation with your
" Reservation Code".
Step 2: Reply to us to confirm your acceptance
and choose your preferred payment option by Secure
Credit Card payment, directly through the Siam
Commercial Bank (SCB) or payment by Bank Transfer.
By
Secure Credit Card transaction, directly through the Bank Server of the SIPS Internet
Payment System by Siam Commercial Bank (SCB).

Warm Water Divers's Cancellation Policy & Fees.
Cancellation Conditions for Daytrip bookings & Courses:
Cancellation
made before 18:00 the day prior to commencement will be refunded in full. Refunds
of Credit Card payments will be subject to a service fee of 10%.
In the event
of "no-show" NO refunds will be paid.
Cancellation Conditions for live
aboard bookings: - More than 60 days prior to departure: forfeit
100 U$
- Less than 60 days: forfeit 25% of trip fee
- Less
then 30 days: forfeit 100% of trip fee
* We strongly recommend that
you obtain a suitable Travel and or Dive insurance. PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE
OR ACCEPT FINANCIAL RISK!
I understand unforeseen work, medical or airline
problems may cause me to cancel a trip. Compensation for a trip cancellation for
any reason (which is not the direct responsibility of Warm Water Divers or her
agents) must be claimed against my travel insurance. Warm Water Divers reserves
the rights to make changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, political problems
or civil unrest. No compensation is offered in any situation to change flights
or holiday plans due to changes in itinerary that may cause delay or cancellations.
No refund is offered for time lost due to the medical evacuation of a passenger
or reduction of dives due to bad weather.
